The team works with high-profile clients, and currently seeking a full-time Trademark Legal Assistant to join the growing team. Position Overview: Trademark Legal Assistant with at least 5 years of current law firm experience who can work100% onsite to support the Senior Attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of solid work history within a law firm environment and be proficient in handling trademark filings at the state, federal, and USPTO (Patent Office). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the attorney's calendar, meeting with the Senior Attorney to review handwritten notes, and ensuring efficient document processing. Excellent typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute) and organizational abilities are a must for this role.
