Customer Service Representative (Licensed)

- 6+ Month Contract (with potential to extend)

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a 440 or 220 insurance license to join our team! This is a fully onsite role handling inbound calls related to payments, policy changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound customer calls related to payments, endorsements, inquiries, and cancellations.

• Provide First-Class customer service to insureds, agents, and internal team members.

• Perform various policy-level transactions within your level of authority (e.g., policy changes, cancellations).

• Accurately document call details and ensure follow-up when necessary.

• Support team initiatives and projects aimed at improving service delivery.

Requirements:

• Must have an active 440 or 220 license (required).

• Previous insurance customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Details:

• Contract duration: 6+ months with possible extension.

• Pay: Up to $22/hour, based on experience and licensing.

• Interview Process: 1 virtual interview with the Customer Service Manager.

• Start Date: ASAP.
