Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Temporary (6+ Month Contract)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, payments, endorsements, and cancellations. This position requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, as you will be providing essential support to insureds, agents, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a focus on exceptional customer service

Process policy-level transactions such as cancellations, changes, and endorsements within authority limits

Respond to questions and requests from insureds, agents, and internal departments accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with team members on special projects to support department goals and deliver first-class service
Requirements:

Active 440 or 220 insurance license (Required)

Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Additional Information:
This is a 6+ month onsite contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
