Accounts Receivable Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

• Apply payments and credit card transactions with precision.
• Prepare, process, verify, and distribute invoices seamlessly.
• Process credit memos and invoice adjustments as needed.
• Investigate cash receipts, coding, and posting.
• Handle COD tickets and invoice inquiries efficiently.
• Prepare and manage bank deposits.
• Research and maintain tax-exempt qualifications.
• Create and manage detailed Excel spreadsheets.
• Learn key functions across multiple departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in diverse roles.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing high-volume accounts receivable.
