We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in supporting Finance and Accounting departments. Previous experience in Accounts Payable is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable process, including entering AP vouchers and issuing payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices and payroll in compliance with department procedures.
• Reconcile purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and other charges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving outstanding balances and providing payment details.
• Record AP-related cash transactions from daily bank activities.
• Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks) to manage accounts payable.
• Handle accounting tasks such as account maintenance, data entry, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and perform other related duties.
• Process an average of 250+ invoices weekly.
• Perform extensive reconciliations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 3+ years of experience using Accounting ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive self-starter who works well independently.
