A prestigious law firm in Tampa asked us to find an Office Services Specialist who can work ONSITE to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the backbone of a professional organization, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Production: Prepare copies and other materials as requested.
  • Mail Management: Sort and distribute mail, send and receive faxes.
  • Digital Tasks: Scan documents and prepare overnight packages for shipping.
  • Inventory Control: Stock office supplies and take inventory.
  • Event Support: Assist with setting up conference rooms for meetings and events, including post-meeting clean-up.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Stock paper in copiers and printers across three floors.
  • Conference Room Upkeep: Check conference rooms daily for neatness and stock supplies.
  • File Management: Transfer storage file boxes as needed.
  • Office Coverage: Provide support at our second Tampa office when required.
  • Customer Service: Perform duties with a positive, customer-focused approach.
  • Additional Duties: Handle other office service-related responsibilities as needed.
  • Flexibility: Be available for overtime when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office services, preferably in a law firm or professional organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with copiers, printers, faxes, and other office equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.
  • Licensing: Valid Florida Driver's License.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others, multi-task, and prioritize work effectively.

Compensation:

Actual salaries will vary based on experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package, which includes annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
