Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Compensation Consultant to support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to develop insights and support strategic recommendations.
  • Support the design and implementation of salary structures, pay ranges, incentive programs, and merit cycles.
  • Advise HR partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including promotions, offers, and adjustments.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
  • Participate in compensation surveys and manage relationships with survey providers.
  • Assist with executive compensation, sales incentives, and long-term incentive plans, as needed.
  • Contribute to compensation-related communications, training, and change management efforts.
  • Maintain and update compensation systems and tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CCP certification a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards (varies based on role level).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with compensation tools (e.g., Payfactors, Radford, Mercer).
  • Knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
