Position: Immigration Paralegal

Location: Onsite in Miami, FL

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our client's busy immigration practice. This role is perfect for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nonimmigrant Visa Petitions: Prepare and file petitions for H-1B, L-1 Blanket, TN, O-1, E-2, and E-3 visas.
  • Immigrant Visa Petitions: Handle EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Priority Worker, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 petitions.
  • Naturalization Applications: Assist clients with the preparation and filing of naturalization applications, re-entry permits, and abandonment applications.
  • Labor Certification Applications: Prepare and file Labor Certification Applications under the PERM program.
  • Family-Based Petitions: Manage the preparation and filing of family-based petitions.
  • Consulate Processing: Prepare and file Immigrant Visa Petitions at U.S. Consulate posts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of immigration paralegal experience.
  • Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate confidentiality, initiative, flexibility, and customer service skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge and 2+ years' experience using electronic document management systems and immigration case management software. Filesite experience is preferred.
