Customer Service Representative – Insurance
Location: Fully Onsite (Monday – Friday)
Pay: Up to $22/hour
Contract: 6+ months (extension possible)
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls related to payments, customer inquiries, endorsements, and policy cancellations. This role requires a strong commitment to providing a first-class customer experience and the ability to perform various policy-level transactions accurately and within the assigned authority.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from insureds, agents, and internal personnel.

Process payments, policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.

Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.

Participate in team projects to support continuous service improvement.
Requirements:

Active 440 or 220 Insurance License (REQUIRED)

Previous customer service experience (insurance industry preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday

Comfortable with a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
