Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Forth Worth, FL 76109
Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay-rate: $19 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Patient registration
• Efficient handling of heavy phone lines
• Appointment confirmation for the week
• Check-in and check-out appointment scheduling
• Insurance verification and authorizations
• Answering incoming calls and directing to the appropriate department
• Receiving electronic faxes and forwarding to the relevant department
• Preparation of patient registration packets weekly
• Reviewing schedules and ensuring all patient information is obtained
• Performing other administrative and medical office tasks as assigned
