Parts and Service Specialist (AR Sales Aquafin)
Overview
 $23 - $30/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision Florida -- Jupiter  Contract
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, chemicals, and equipment via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Provide timely updates to customers on order status and fulfillment.

Process sales orders, purchase orders, return authorizations, and sales quotations accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with technical product-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and answering incoming calls.

Support inventory management efforts, including periodic inventory counts and resolving order discrepancies.

Maintain accurate customer service records and documentation.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.

Experience in the aquatics industry is highly desirable.

Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Background in distribution or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.
