Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Warehouse and Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise, along with front-facing counter sales responsibilities including assisting customers, processing transactions, and providing product information. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and [Insert Second Language, e.g., Spanish], has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.

Counter Sales Duties:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter or by phone.

• Provide product knowledge and recommend appropriate items.

• Process sales transactions using POS systems.

• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.

• Handle returns and resolve customer issues courteously and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Previous experience in warehouse or retail sales preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems a plus.

• Forklift certification (preferred or can be obtained after hire).
