Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 10:00 AM - 7 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support our data shipping operations. In this role, you'll assist with verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, process shipping/receiving documentation, and manage packaging tasks. You'll also help maintain inventory of supplies and ensure timely, accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify identification and inspect for damage on all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Process and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation

• Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling

• Scan and match paperwork with corresponding orders

• Stage orders in appropriate zones for final packing

• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs

• Must wear steel-toe safety shoes (not provided)

• This is a physically active role requiring standing throughout the shift
