Our client, a leading digital advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their Miami-based team as soon as possible.  This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing and managing high-value client accounts in the DOOH advertising space. The ideal candidate will lead strategic sales efforts, build long-term client relationships, and mentor junior sales team members. This role requires deep knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic platforms, and client-facing expertise to deliver tailored OOH solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, targeting brands, agencies, and retail media networks.

  • Sell DOOH advertising solutions, including programmatic campaigns, digital billboards, and in-store media, to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Negotiate high-value contracts, leveraging data insights to create customized proposals that align with client marketing objectives.

  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to develop data-driven pitches, incorporating audience targeting and campaign measurement capabilities.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, fostering a high-performance team culture and sharing best practices in DOOH sales.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, including advancements in programmatic DOOH (e.g., Vistar Media, The Trade Desk), to position [Company Name] as a market leader.

  • Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.

  • Provide detailed sales reports and insights to leadership, using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize performance trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in OOH or DOOH; agency experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of surpassing sales quota and closing complex, high-value deals.

  • Expertise in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Vistar Media, StackAdapt) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling to support sales strategies and client proposals.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and agency partners.

  • Familiarity with DOOH industry trends, including retail media networks and location-based targeting.
