Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders.

• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.

• Record items into inventory management systems.

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment based on customer or internal requests.

• Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, labels, manifests).

• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.

Inventory Management

• Track, count, and update inventory records.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

• Report inventory shortages, overages, or misplacements.

Data Entry & Recordkeeping

• Input data into warehouse systems or spreadsheets accurately.

• Maintain logs for received and shipped items.

• Ensure documentation is filed and accessible for auditing or reporting purposes.

Organization & Housekeeping

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

• Ensure materials are stored properly and labeling is up to date.

• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.

Cross-Team Communication

• Communicate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse supervisors.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and solve inventory or order issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, warehouse software like SAP or Oracle).

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
