Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgeting processes, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and providing key insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate overall financial strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost optimization and revenue growth.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

• Coordinate audits and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

• Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff.

• Provide financial advice and risk analysis to senior management.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
