Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and improving accounting processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and all financial records.

  • Manage and reconcile accounts, including bank statements, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.

  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts.

  • Review and ensure proper application of accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

  • Support external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.

  • Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and help implement new financial systems or procedures.

  • Support internal controls and financial reporting systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA certification preferred).

  • 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
