Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately

• Process payroll and per diem payments in a timely manner

• Use PeopleSoft for various accounting tasks, ensuring precision and compliance

• Prepare monthly cash balances and assist with month-end and year-end closings using QuickBooks

• Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making

• Serve as the primary liaison with external accountants and auditors

• Maintain compliance with internal accounting standards and external regulations

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, offering meaningful financial analysis

• Conduct account and bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity

• Manage vendor contracts, tracking expiration and renewal dates

• Organize and maintain digital documentation in accordance with internal policies

• Track and manage fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation

• Record financial transactions correctly within the designated chart of accounts

• Support both internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation

• Uphold internal controls and company-wide financial policies
