Schedule: 25-30 hrs/week, Monday-Friday with availability between 9 AM-6 PM EST; daily 8:30-9:30 AM meeting; occasional evening support

Compensation: $22/hr

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic early-stage startup. This role is 90% focused on business support and 10% on personal and side projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring the CEO's time is optimized, projects are on track, and communications are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritizing meetings and ensuring alignment
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare related materials
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, documents, and presentations
  • Support CEO in sales meetings by preparing briefs and background research
  • Track and organize projects using tools like JIRA and Notion
  • Handle light personal tasks (e.g., appointments, reservations)
  • Maintain confidentiality across all communications and sensitive information

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM; familiarity with JIRA, Notion, and Slack preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a strong attention to detail
  • Startup experience and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
