Bilingual Sales Representative – Marketing & Business Development
Location: Tampa, FL
Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 base salary + monthly performance bonuses
First-Year Earning Potential: $80K+

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity is available for a bilingual, hard-working, and ambitious individual to build a career in Marketing and Business Development. This field-based role involves meeting clients in person across the Tampa area, building relationships, and promoting services to both business and consumer customers (B2B and B2C). Spanish fluency is required to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

You’ll receive a 2-week paid training program to prepare you for success, along with long-term opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout the Tampa region to meet with clients face-to-face

• Communicate service offerings in both English and Spanish

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

• Remain open to learning and adapting to new business challenges

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally (gas, tolls, and maintenance reimbursed)

• Honest, responsible, and career-driven

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year

• Monthly performance bonuses

• First-year earning potential of $100,000+
