We are seeking an Audit Supervisor or Manager to lead engagements across a growing and diverse client base. The firm offers a collaborative culture, a strong commitment to work-life balance, and genuine support from leadership across all levels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage multiple audit engagements and teams concurrently.
  • Assign, supervise, and review the work of audit staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct risk and control assessments and provide insights on improving audit processes.
  • Deliver clear, timely, and actionable audit findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain client relationships across a range of industries.
  • Participate in firm-sponsored networking and community involvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA required; progress toward exam completion may be considered for exceptional candidates).
  • 6+ years of public accounting experience, including audit leadership.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Experience with single audits preferred.
  • Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, healthcare, tech, nonprofit, government, employee benefit plans) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CCH ProSystem FX and PPC Smart tools is beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
