Insurance Specialist (Remote – Central Time)
Location: Fully Remote (Must work Central Time hours)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Insurance Specialist to join our remote team. This role supports the Corporate Insurance Team with administrative and analytical tasks and requires strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be able to work Central Time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to communications in the shared insurance inbox

• Perform extensive data entry in Origami RMIS and ServiceNow

• Process insurance-related requests, including certificates of insurance, endorsements, and tail quote requests

• Maintain and update tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and internal databases

• Support document filing and spreadsheet management

• Assist with tasks involving professional, property, casualty, and executive/management insurance coverage

• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with various lines of insurance, especially medical professional liability and claims-made coverage

• Familiarity with Origami RMIS, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet
