Litigation Attorney - Long-Term Contract Opportunity - Must be a Member of the NY Bar and available to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan.

Our client is seeking experienced litigation attorneys to support its in-house litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of litigation experience with general liability, premises liability, personal injury, mass torts, or general claims liability settlement matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-trial litigation support; this is a non-courtroom role with no deposition or trial coverage required
• Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive motions), and legal memoranda
• Summarize depositions and medical records
• Conduct legal research and prepare verdict/issue analysis
• Draft discovery responses and assess case files post-note of issue
• Prepare requests for settlement authority and evaluate case settlement value
