A respected New York City community-based nonprofit is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a mission-driven organization that makes a real difference in the community. In this hybrid role, you'll work three days from home and two onsite in Manhattan, overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll for a diverse employee population.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience
- Experience using Ceridian/Dayforce payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws for various employee classifications, including hourly, salary, exempt, and non-exempt
