Bilingual Case Manager (Legal)  – Miami, FL

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. This role is essential in supporting clients through the legal and medical process, particularly with Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and Independent Medical Exams (IMEs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate EUOs and IMEs, ensuring timely notices are sent to all parties

• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding medical treatment and case progress

• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing information

• Review and analyze medical documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Provide regular updates to clients on their case status

• Maintain accurate, organized case files in compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of case management or related experience

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Must be able to start immediately
