Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data on company-controlled assets using various internal systems

• Communicate with internal teams and external partners through phone and email

• Identify and act on opportunities to reposition underutilized assets

• Coordinate dispatches and process payments related to asset repositioning

• Assist with drug and alcohol testing notifications as needed

• Respond promptly to asset requests from both internal and external customers

• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of office experience

• 6 months of transportation or logistics experience

• Call center experience is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Professional demeanor and self-motivation

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
