Logistics Support Specialist  – Contract (Through End of Year)
Pay: $18/hour

We’re looking for detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialists to help maximize trailer usage and revenue by identifying opportunities to reposition underperforming assets. This contract role runs through the end of the year and involves research, problem-solving, and frequent communication with drivers.

What You’ll Do:

• Research trailer activity and identify opportunities to reposition equipment

• Ensure trailers are being used, re-filled, and re-used promptly

• Communicate with drivers about load completion and pay rates

• Assist customers via phone and email

• Process payments and dispatch as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ months of customer service experience (office or call center a plus)

• Transportation/logistics experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, proficient with Microsoft Office
