Job Summary:

Industry-leading automotive company is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to join its Miami HQ as soon as possible.  This role will be responsible for leading strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media and digital acquisition channels, as well as owning and delivering measurable growth in qualified leads and conversions through scalable performance campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working in both B2C and B2B business environments, as well as strong multi-channel experience across SEM, SEO, paid social and affiliate channels. 

 

Responsibilities

- Develop and own the GTM performance marketing strategy across paid and organic media channels (SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate, display, CRM)

- Lead a team of integrated media specialists and/or agency partners to execute paid acquisition campaigns and content strategies

- Build multi-channel customer acquisition funnels aligned with business goals

- Manage and optimize marketing budget annually to maximize lead volume, CPL, CAC, lead conversion and ROI

- Design and implement robust testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, geo-holdouts, localized) to continuously improve performance

- Partner with business unit teams, sales, operations and development teams to align GTM strategies and KPIs

- Develop and report on established KPIs, insights and forecasts aligned to sales funnel

- Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, industry trends and competitive insights

 

Required Skills: 

- Experience with online marketing tools and best practices (GoogleAds, Meta, HubSpot,

Google Analytics, HotJar, etc).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Thorough understanding of market dynamic and research best practices.

- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.

- Highly proficient with social media platforms

- Experience with optimizing UI/UX usability

- Project management skills and understanding of OKRs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Entrepreneurial and "business-savvy" mindset.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across PPC/SEO/SEM.

- Succesfull track record of conducting Lead Generation and Digital Acquisition campaigns

- Strong experience within paid media & digital acquisition channels.
