We’re partnering with a well-established company looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong AR foundation who’s ready to take on a more analytical, strategic role within a high-performing organization.

You won’t just be chasing invoices—you’ll be analyzing receivables, identifying trends, and helping improve cash flow processes across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze AR aging reports, trends, and customer payment behavior

• Monitor and manage collections to reduce DSO and improve cash flow

• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies

• Collaborate with sales and customer service to streamline invoicing and collections

• Assist in monthly reporting, audits, and account analysis

• Provide recommendations to improve AR processes and controls

Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of AR experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment

• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communicator with both internal teams and external customers

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
