Position Overview

We are actively recruiting a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience in insurance litigation, commercial litigation, or homeowner property litigation. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to join a high-performing legal team in a firm that truly values its people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain case files and litigation calendars
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court filings
  • Assist with trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong background in insurance, commercial, or property litigation
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in California court procedures and legal software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
