Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience

  • Record customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems

  • Escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction

  • Meet individual and team performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on company offerings and policies

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
