Ascendo is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers for an opportunity located in Tampa!

Candidates MUST have the following:

- High School Diploma/GED

- Associates/Bachelors Degree highly desired

- 3+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience

- Experience with commercial renovation projects highly desired

- Experience with customer interface and leading internal and external team communications

- Proven experience with completing projects on time and on budget

- Experience with manging electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects
