Are you dedicated to guiding clients through complex legal and medical processes with empathy and precision? We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters.

About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you will support clients throughout their personal injury cases, coordinating Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and Independent Medical Exams (IMEs). You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers, ensuring each case is managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate EUOs and IMEs, ensuring timely and accurate communication

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to track medical treatment and case progress

  • Request, organize, and review medical records, reports, and billing documentation for accuracy

  • Provide clients with clear, timely updates on their case status

  • Maintain thorough, compliant, and well-organized case files according to company standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in case management, medical/legal support, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Ability to start immediately and excel in a fast-paced work environment
