About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a passionate advocate who thrives in a client-focused environment and is committed to securing justice for injured individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including trial if necessary.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably on the plaintiff side.
- Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate approach to client advocacy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with case management software.
- Familiarity with Minnesota civil procedure and local court systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
