Job Title: Warranty Coordinator

Location: On-site – Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to join our HVAC team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and timely warranty process for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related inquiries from customers and internal teams

• Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner, including data entry and documentation

• Communicate with HVAC manufacturers and vendors to coordinate warranty approvals and parts returns

• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, and resolutions

• Coordinate scheduling of warranty service appointments with internal dispatch and service teams

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues

• Work closely with service technicians and installation teams to verify warranty coverage and support field operations

• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience (HVAC industry experience a plus)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to learn and use industry-specific software

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

• Must be able to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL
