Job Summary
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing scheduling activities, including roughs, trims, underground work, and tugs. This role ensures all schedules are accurate, updated, and communicated effectively to the appropriate teams.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule all roughs and trims using Computer Ease.

Access Supply Pro to schedule and communicate with builders regarding projects.

Maintain and update the master schedule; notify departments of changes or delays.

Schedule inspections for underslab, tugs, roughs, tug changeovers, and pre-power (depending on county requirements).

Pay and process failed inspection fees; track inspection outcomes in Excel logs and shared drives.

Communicate with counties to resolve scheduling issues (e.g., permit linking).

Monitor builder websites to confirm job site details.

Provide coverage for other locations as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn Computer Ease and other scheduling systems.

Education & Experience
-
High school diploma required.

2+ years of customer service experience required.

4+ years of scheduling experience preferred.

3+ years of data entry experience preferred.
