Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Management Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate supplier data, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in building strong supplier relationships, optimizing vendor performance, and mitigating supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding, qualification, and documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, contracts, and compliance documentation in internal systems.

Track and report on key supplier performance metrics (KPIs) including quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.

Coordinate supplier audits and assessments, and follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans.

Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, quality, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on supplier expectations and performance.

Support contract management processes, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Identify and escalate supplier-related risks, delays, or non-compliance issues.

Facilitate regular supplier communication, meetings, and performance reviews.

Assist with sourcing initiatives by gathering supplier quotes, comparing terms, and supporting RFP/RFQ processes.

Ensure suppliers meet company standards for sustainability, diversity, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in supplier coordination, procurement, or supply chain operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Familiarity with supplier audits, compliance standards, or ISO requirements is a plus.
