Are you a skilled litigator with a passion for helping homeowners stand up to insurance companies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work truly makes a difference?

We're looking for a Florida Bar member with 3+ years of experience in property and casualty litigation to join our upbeat legal team onsite in Maitland, FL. You'll manage a dynamic caseload of approximately 100 active cases, representing plaintiffs in hurricane and storm-related insurance disputes.

What You'll Do:

  • Litigate property damage claims on behalf of homeowners

     

  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a supportive environment

     

  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

     

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Florida Bar membership

     

  • 3+ years of property & casualty litigation experience

     

  • Strong courtroom and negotiation skills

     

  • Ability to work onsite in Maitland

     

  • Positive, team-first attitude
