Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Join a global medical lab in Doral with 20+ years of experience in biological sample kit production! With state-of-the-art facilities worldwide, we provide patient-centric, end-to-end solutions for clinical trials and COVID-19 testing programs.

We’re looking for detail-oriented, reliable Data Entry Clerks who are ready to jump in, interview immediately, and start right away!

What You’ll Do

• Print and label lab testing tubes accurately

• Perform data entry and verify information in lab systems

• Assemble medical kits according to client specifications

• Check tubes for expiration dates and ensure all materials meet quality standards

• Support kit distribution to investigator sites

• Assemble specialized kits for studies including Direct-to-Patient, gene therapies, personalized medicine, orphan, and rare diseases

What We’re Looking For

• Computer savvy with strong attention to detail

• Reliable and organized with solid data entry skills

• Fluent in English (reading and writing)

• Team player with a great attitude

• Must be available to interview and start immediately!
