Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay depends upon experience, between $25.00-$30.00. 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support management and leadership in gathering, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational data. This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial reporting, supporting the annual budgeting process, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of reporting tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand objectives and identify relevant financial and operational metrics.

  • Define data collection parameters and validate data accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple systems.

  • Investigate discrepancies and compile actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Prepare and distribute financial reports and dashboards for executives and departmental stakeholders.

  • Assist the CFO with annual budget preparation, variance analysis, and ongoing budget maintenance.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation or improved workflows.

  • Conduct inventory management and maintain the company’s fixed asset list, including tracking depreciation.

  • Support accounts payable processes as needed, including invoice processing and payment validation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to create simulation models, analyze trends, and perform data reduction.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and root-cause analysis skills under pressure.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to executives and coaching team members.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Commitment to company values and professional standards.

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
