We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager to handle pre-litigation cases from start to finish. In this key role, you’ll be the primary liaison for clients, coordinate medical care, and support attorneys in building strong, well-organized cases. If you're bilingual in English/Spanish, detail-oriented, and driven to make a difference, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support

  • Coordinate medical treatment and maintain tracking of ongoing care

  • Collect, review, and organize medical records and bills

  • Assist in preparing demand packages and case-related documents

  • Keep all case files current, organized, and accurately documented

  • Collaborate closely with an assigned attorney to ensure strategic case progression

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in legal case management or injury claims handling (insurance adjusters welcome)

  • Prior experience specifically in personal injury case management is highly preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
