he DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Rep is responsible for efficiently administering Landstar's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in compliance with DOT regulations. You will also manage employment verification requests. Your ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally will be essential in ensuring a consistent and accurate testing process.  You will be a member of a busy department with very tight deadlines.  Accuracy and attention to detail are required to be successful.
 
Essential Responsibilities:  

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide quality customer service
• Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality
• Process and audit drug and alcohol testing results and related paperwork
• Work with various third-party contractors
• Run and distribute quarterly random notification lists to various departments
• Train representatives throughout the company
• Process third party invoices
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports

 Required Minimum Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of customer support experience in an administrative environment
