Customer Service Representative – Hiring ASAP

We are actively hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative, high-energy team. This position plays a critical role in supporting distributors, sales teams, and end-users while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction across every interaction. Interviews are happening now and we are looking to start someone ASAP.


💼 What You’ll Do

As the primary point of contact, you’ll be the voice and problem-solver customers rely on:

  • Serve as the main liaison for distributors, end-users, sales representatives, and vendors

  • Guide inbound and outbound calls to resolution with professionalism and efficiency

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and terminology to support satisfaction and sales

  • Monitor order entry, order status, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery

  • Coordinate freight quote requests and communicate with Logistics and Purchasing teams

  • Open and maintain customer accounts in Salesforce and SAGE

  • Track and follow up on drop-ship orders and open cases

  • Resolve product or service issues from start to finish — quickly and accurately

  • Maintain pricing and product information spreadsheets to support sales and service teams

  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction and communicate insights to leadership

  • Process incoming sales leads and route them appropriately

  • Submit freight claims and supporting documentation when needed

  • Conduct in-person trainings and presentations to stay current on product knowledge

  • Log all customer communications and activities in Salesforce


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience using Salesforce and SAGE preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently

  • Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude
