We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support a busy AP team during a critical period. This role is interviewing now, and the hiring manager is available to move quickly for the right candidate.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping AP operations accurate, compliant, and on track by:

• Performing vendor account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

• Managing AP aging, open items, and follow-ups

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial controls

• Supporting month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable

• Assisting with reporting, documentation, and ad-hoc projects as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with SAP in an AP or finance environment

• Strong understanding of core AP processes (invoice entry, 3-way match, payment runs)

• Proven experience with vendor and account reconciliations

• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Prior AP Analyst or AP Specialist experience preferred
