We’re actively seeking a Compliance Support Specialist to help administer a federally regulated Drug & Alcohol Testing program. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality while supporting internal teams and third-party partners. Interviews are underway and the team is looking to hire immediately.


💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant operations by:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls while delivering professional customer service

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with all policies and regulations

  • Processing and auditing drug and alcohol testing results and related documentation

  • Coordinating with multiple third-party vendors and contractors

  • Running and distributing quarterly random testing notifications

  • Training internal representatives on program procedures and compliance standards

  • Processing and reviewing third-party invoices for accuracy

  • Creating and distributing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least 1+ year of customer support experience in an administrative or office setting

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a high-volume environment

  • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
