About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with internship experience or an individual with 1–2 years of accounting experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team by managing expense reports, accounts payable, reconciliations, and vendor interactions, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and securely store receipts using the internal expense management system.

  • Facilitate the expense report approval process with managers and supervisors.

  • Review employee-submitted expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies.

  • Verify expenses align with established guidelines, including allowable expenses and spending limits.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing receipts, or policy violations.

  • Maintain accurate credit card account records, investigate discrepancies, and assist with new card requests.

  • Provide support to users for account activations, password resets, and initial log-ins.

  • Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.

  • Process complex accounts payable invoices, including manual entry, validation, and approval.

  • Perform vendor account reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.

  • Research and resolve vendor inquiries and concerns.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Internship or 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
