Project Accountant – Miami, FL
On-Site | Full-Time | Real Estate / Construction

We are seeking a Project Accountant to join a growing organization in Miami. This role supports project-level accounting functions and works closely with operations, project managers, and leadership. Experience with Yardi is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project accounting for multiple active projects

• Track project costs, budgets, and forecasts

• Prepare job cost reports and variance analysis

• Process invoices, pay applications, and change orders

• Reconcile project accounts and ensure accurate cost allocation

• Support month-end close and financial reporting

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2–5+ years of project or construction/real estate accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with Yardi preferred

• Strong Excel skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
