Paralegal - Personal Injury (Plaintiff)

Location: St. Petersburg, FL

Compensation: $40+/hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a collaborative and fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This role supports personal injury and large catastrophic cases from inception through resolution and works closely with a seasoned legal team.

Position Overview

The Paralegal will support an office of 6 attorneys, handling cases start to finish while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support plaintiff personal injury and catastrophic injury cases from intake through trial or settlement

   

• Draft and manage legal documents, pleadings, and discovery

   

• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel

   

• Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars

   

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy

   

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

   

• Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

   

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a paralegal in plaintiff personal injury law preferred

   

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

   

• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
