Job Title: Regional Sales Director– Aircraft Services
Location: Bensalem, PA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Overview We are a global aerospace and aviation organization seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to grow revenue across assigned markets and territories. This role serves as a primary commercial representative, responsible for selling aircraft services and solutions while driving market penetration, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Own sales strategy and execution within assigned territories and market segments.

Drive revenue growth across inspections, repairs, refurbishments, mission system upgrades, and aircraft interior customization.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective clients.

Conduct sales calls, deliver presentations, and coordinate closely with operations and technical teams.

Prepare proposals, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within CRM systems.

Support aircraft inductions and coordinate with regulatory and program teams as needed.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer visits, and special events.

Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and sales forecasts to leadership.

Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and sales projections.
Qualifications

Several years of sales experience within the aerospace and aviation industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Solid understanding of aircraft services, MRO operations, and aviation sales cycles.

Experience working with CRM and sales/marketing systems.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, engineering technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused with the ability to work cross-functionally.
