Job Description

Title: Contract Analyst 

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Analyst / Paralegal to support a senior legal analyst and attorneys with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable juggling priorities, and confident supporting legal work across contracts and general attorney needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to attorneys and senior legal staff

  • Assist with contract drafting, review, organization, and tracking

  • Maintain legal documents, files, and records

  • Support various legal and administrative projects as needed

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets

  • Coordinate information and respond to requests from internal stakeholders

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all work

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a paralegal, legal analyst, or legal assistant

  • Familiarity with contracts and contracting processes

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior legal staff or attorneys

  • Corporate or in-house legal experience

  • Advanced Excel or document management skills
